Job Title: HR Compliance Coordinator Department: Health System Shared Services | Human Resource Administration Job Description HR Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the review and auditing of HR related processes and policies. This position will review HR processes and work with the teams to ensure they are clear, concise and easy to follow. Audits will be run in a cadence per the policies and will provide written results to leadership on the findings. This position will have strong skills in documentation, process improvement, along with great communication skills. In addition, they will also work closely with members of the HR team on streamlining processes, compliance, auditing, reporting, and other data visualization tools to ensure an effective, efficient and people-focused experience. Represents the organization to government agencies, suppliers and other stakeholders. Ensures the organization fosters a culture of compliance and integrity.
