Additional Information

Aalto University Centr e for Radical Creativity is looking for a Specialist to support multidisciplinary content creation and management and to build collaboration with our partners . The position is fixed-term from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2027. You will work closely with Aalto University schools , external partners and business networks , creating new openings and constructively advancing new collaborations . In this role , you will have the opportunity to influence the development of the Centr e for Radical Creativity , https://www.aalto.fi/fi/radikaalin-luovuuden-keskus . Join us in shaping the future ! Your rol e You will play a key role in launching the activities of the new Centr e for Radical Creativity . Your tasks include creating content , planning and executing projects , activities and collaborations , advancing university-wide cooperation , and strengthening Aalto University's leading role as a driver of radical creativity and innovation . Your responsibilities include Planning, executing and coordinating projects and activities in broad collaboration with Aalto's schools , taking into account the needs of different fields and disciplines . Developing and managing radical creativity content Building and strengthening partnerships together with the team and internal network of Aalto University Preparing project applications and funding proposals together with the team, internal network and stakeholders . Coordinating and implementing communications: contributing to press releases , updating web pages , and leveraging various media collaboratively in impactful and engaging ways . Ensuring from your perspectiv e that the Centr e for Radical Creativity's activities support its strategic goals . What we expect for success in the role You have a relevant master's degree , strong knowledge of creativity and familiarity with radical creativity content , as well as an understanding of creative work . You are development-oriented and a builde r of new things, and you thrive in a multidisciplinary environment. You understand partnership collaboration and know how to build value-creating partnerships . You have sufficient project and communications experience ; your communication skills are excellent (e.g., press releases , project applications , stakeholder communications). You take a producer-like approach : you plan and execute collaboratively , with clear goals and cost awareness . You have a service design mindset : you can identify the needs of internal network and stakeholders and translate them into collaboration . We use Microsoft applications extensively and in versatile ways ; we manage partnerships in a CRM, and our website runs on Drupal. You are comfortable with , for example , basic website update processes , leveraging different channels for effective and engaging communications, and you are keen to adopt new digital tools and systems . Success in the role requires excellent spoken and written English; Finnish language skills are considered an asset .
