About the role
As Adv Makeup Coordinator reporting to the Director of Ad Layout, you will assist in executing the layout details while remaining organized and responsive to production timelines. Responsibilities
- You will work on the layout of various sections in accordance with New York Times' policies and procedures
- You will work in partnership on redesign of existing sections.
- Print product layout responsibilities including all NYT and INYT newspaper sections along with NYT Magazine and T Magazine.
- Provide correct setup of print campaigns, with recommendations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends
- Use collaboration workflow tools to measure work
Requirements
- College Point office location in Flushing, Queens
- Must be available for night and/or weekend hours
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- Familiarity with rate card positions, makeup policy acceptability and typographical rules
- Experience with PPI Planpag layout system, B2B paging data communication, PAM press impositions, Adpoint ad reservations
- Working knowledge of Slack, Google Mail, Workday, Citrix, Salesforce, Jira & Zoom
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to: work in a team environment;
- Proficiency in office productivity suites (MS Office or Google Office Docs Editor)

- The annual base pay range for this role is between:
- $107,790.63 - $110,440.72 USD
