  • Develop deep understanding of business fundamentals, including economic, commercial, and regulatory environments, as well as customer and competitor dynamics.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis of financial results for management and statutory purposes.
  • Partner with the OU Finance Head and business leadership to drive strategic and operational decisions.
  • Work closely with Group Controller, Consolidation, External Reporting, Group FP&A, Tax, and Treasury teams to drive the overall Haleon finance strategy.
  • Represent the OU in regional and global finance forums.
  • Continuous Improvement Drive
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across close, control, reporting, consolidation, and forecasting processes.
  • Drive major finance transformation projects with cross‑functional impact, in partnership with Business Process Owners (BPOs).
  • Organisation & Capability Leadership
  • Provide clear direction, role clarity, and performance expectations across the FPCRA organisation.
  • Lead and develop the FPCRA teams.
  • Build a strong controllership and insight‑driven finance culture.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Role Summary / Job Purpose The FPCRA Director is the end‑to‑end finance owner for the Operating Unit (OU), accountable for the full finance spectrum from planning and forecasting through to controllership, reporting, and performance analytics. This role combines the responsibilities of Planning & Forecasting Director and Close & Control / Controllership Director, providing a single point of accountability for financial integrity, performance insight, and forward‑looking outlooks. The FPCRA Director partners closely with the OU Finance Head to drive business strategy, acts as the gatekeeper of the OU's financials, and ensures robust governance, controls, and high‑quality decision support. The role leads a team of managers who operate independently, exercising sound judgment and delivering results across a broad span of control and disciplines. For large or complex clusters, the team may include Grade 5 or Grade 6 roles by exception. The FPCRA Director works closely with Centers of Expertise based in the GCC or outsourced to Genpact, and partners with OU Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) Leads to drive end‑to‑end finance support for markets within the OU.
