Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field (mechanical or electrical engineering preferred). Higher degrees such as a master's or Ph.D. can substitute for up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to contribute to complex projects with a problem-solving orientation that prioritizes client needs.

- Strong ability to distill complex technical findings into accessible summaries, tailor content to diverse stakeholders, and maintain consistency and rigor across multi-section documents with multiple contributors.

- Research, testing, or standards development for water heating.
- Research, testing, or standards development for motors and drives.
- Experience with industrial process loads or industrial product energy efficiency measures.
