We're seeking an experienced Patient Care Specialist to join our front office team in Naples, FL . This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced clinical environment and has a strong background in primary care, urgent care, or family practice settings. If you love patient interaction, understand the flow of a medical office, and can keep operations running smoothly, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Front desk operations - check‑in, check‑out, insurance verification, appointment scheduling
• Patient communication - phone, portal, and in‑person support
• Medical records handling - accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
• Coordination with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Collecting co‑pays, updating demographics, and maintaining organized front‑office processes
• Required Experience
• 2+ years working in a healthcare front office
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or family practice
• Strong understanding of insurance verification , EHR systems , and HIPAA compliance
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
• Must be local to Naples, FL or within a reasonable commute
• Bilingual in Spanish

Requirements

• Experience with Athena , eClinicalWorks , Epic , or similar EHR
• Familiarity with prior authorizations and referrals
