Customer Service Assistant (Logistic Industry)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to support our daily logistics and customer service operations. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy coordination work, interacting with customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local and cross-border shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Attend to customers' enquiries and provide operational support
• Liaise with customers, transport teams and internal departments on shipment arrangements
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports
• Generate and reconcile billing reports accurately
• Attend customers' operational meetings when required
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers
• Maintain proper records and documentation
• Support administrative and operational duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents are welcome to apply
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service, logistics coordination or administrative experience
• Experience in logistics, warehouse or supply chain industry will be an advantage
• Familiarity with S4 and WMS systems will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, organised and customer-oriented
