Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own book of business through proactive business development activities, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Run a full 360 recruiting desk, owning both client acquisition and candidate delivery.

- Proven track record of recruiting and placing professional-level talent.
- Experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from business development through placement.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls, conducting client meetings, negotiating fees, and closing business.
- Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple searches, clients, and priorities simultaneously.
