Job Description Oversee and maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards within the Central Kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, certification requirements, and company policies, including HACCP, ISO 22000, MUIS Halal, BizSafe, and SFA requirements. Conduct routine inspections, audits, and monitoring activities to verify compliance with food safety and quality standards, while preparing and maintaining related documentation, audit records, reports, and compliance records. Coordinate and support internal, external, and regulatory audits, including certification renewals, inspections, and follow-up actions to ensure continuous compliance. Investigate food safety, quality, and customer-related incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence. Plan and conduct food safety, hygiene, and quality training programmes for operational staff. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and collaborate closely with production, operations, logistics, and other stakeholders to strengthen food safety, quality systems, and operational compliance throughout the food production process.
