Responsibilities
- Support and maintain SAP SuccessFactors solutions and related processes
- Handle inquiries from employees, managers and HR colleagues through ServiceNow in a professional and customer-focused way

- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira or similar ticketing tools
- Experience in data management, reporting and system testing
- Strong skills in MS Office tools , especially data validation, analysis and reporting
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of continuous improvement / LEAN principles and experience in development projects is an advantage
- Ability to work in an international, multi-country environment
- Detail-oriented, structured and able to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
