As a Senior Model Validator, you'll focus on challenging and validating Generative AI use cases across the business. Your work will ensure models are robust, fair, and fit for purpose. Independently assess technical aspects of GenAI models and perform hands-on testing Design SME question sets tailored to different AI use cases Challenge development teams on use case design and testing methodology Identify and escalate risks , and collaborate on resolution plans Document validation outcomes in clear, structured reports Build strong relationships with model owners and developers in the First Line of Defence Adapt quickly to tasks of varying complexity and priority Support junior validation team

Requirements

  • We're seeking a developer or model risk expert with a strong foundation in AI and a passion for validation.
  • 7-10 years of experience in AI development or model risk , including GenAI and NLP/ML
  • Postgraduate degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
  • Solid theoretical knowledge of Predictive and Generative AI techniques
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI model development and validation , including bias, fairness, and toxicity assessments
  • Strong Python skills for modelling and analysis
  • Familiarity with the full AI development lifecycle
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI research and emerging trends
