Strategic Advisor, Care Delivery Services

Responsibilities

• Execution / Operations
• Co-manage the completion of key ancillary partnership activities required to ensure/enhance partnership or acquisition success such as: internal/external communications; legal/compliance; financial monitoring/reporting.
• Prepare presentations to keep CuraCor Solutions' senior leadership abreast of care delivery service investments' progress and performance.
• Strategy
• Serve as a subject matter expert on CuraCor Solutions, Blue Cross NC, FastMed LLC, and Alo's strategies and stay abreast of industry and competitor developments to help inform strategy evolution and ensure strategic imperatives of investments are met.
• Provide input on the value of additional partnerships/transactions leveraging relevant CuraCor Solutions subject matter experts, internal and external data assets.
• What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 3+ years of experience in related field
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field

Requirements

• Experience in business development, strategic planning, market/product development, business operations, health care operations and/or project management with health care providers and/or payors strongly preferred

The team was established to help expand consumer access to affordable, high-quality care via the support and advancement of independent primary care and urgent care. In your role as a Strategic Advisor, you will help support and enable the strategic development, execution, and success of the Enterprise's diversified care delivery service investments at multiple levels.
