Responsibilities
- Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za:
- Wdrażanie narzędzi, procesów i standardów przyjętych przez organizację.
- Dbałość o przestrzeganie wewnętrznych zasad i procedur w zakresie realizacji polityki HR.
- Wspieranie procesu selekcji i rekrutacji nowych pracowników, w tym także uczestniczenie w przygotowywaniu umów o pracę.
- Realizowanie działań związanych z planowaniem i organizacją szkoleń oraz procesem rozwoju pracowników.
- Współpraca z firmami outsorcingowymi
- Przygotowywanie raportów, sprawozdań, analiz i prezentacji dotyczących spraw pracowniczych dla kierownictwa firmy i centrali grupy.
- Wspieranie Kadry Menedżerskiej w zakresie ZZL.
- Wymagane kwalifikacje:
- Wykształcenie wyższe,
- Zdolności analityczne oraz umiejętności tworzenia zestawień i raportów dotyczących wskaźników HR,
- Bardzo dobre zdolności interpersonalne,
- Umiejętność pracy w zespole,
- Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej, samodzielność i inicjatywa w działaniu,
- Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office: Power Point, Word, Excel,
- Dobra znajomość j. angielskiego.
