About This Job The AVP, Early Careers Manager sits at the intersection of operational program leadership and strategic improvement - not one or the other. You'll day-to-day provide oversight of five early careers programs (four rotational tracks and the summer internship), and partner closely with senior HR leadership to identify, propose, and implement program improvements that earn senior leadership buy-in. You're not setting strategy unilaterally. You're building the analysis, making the case, and executing approved changes. This is a growth role - structured for someone who is operationally strong, intellectually curious, and ready to develop their strategic voice with experienced HR leadership behind them.
