Responsibilities

Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant work experience as an IT technician.
- Bilingual in Japanese and English (Business Level).
- Should have rich experience in MacOS/Windows/SaaS/MDM/Network.
- Familiarity with core business applications such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack
- Familiarity with developer tools such as GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins
- Familiarity with Apple developer and certificate management
- Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to deal with users at all organizational levels.
- Should have a good attitude/communication, and end-user handling /coordination Skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Ability to logically prioritize tasks and schedule work accordingly.
- Strong motivation to learn new technologies.
- Clear all the assessments as per the schedule.
