- Relevant site work experience in Singapore
- Possess BCSS or other relevant safety training certifications
- Good understanding of steel works and fabrication processes such as welding, cutting and bending process
- Strong knowledge of steel structure installation methods and site coordination
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with local codes, standards, and safety practices
