You will also have opportunities for career growth and promotion through the teaching development track. Job Responsibilities Deliver offline classes for assigned grade levels, with thorough lesson preparation and high-quality teaching; Communicate with parents after class and provide timely updates on students' learning progress; Participate in offline training sessions during the first three months, with at least 3 days of participation per week ; After the training period, weekend classes (Saturday and/or Sunday) may be required depending on the schedule. Weekly teaching commitment remains around 3 days.
