Concrete Repair Laborer (T2)

Requirements

• Experience - Field - Required/Preferred
• 2-3 yrs - Production - Construction General - Required

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Knows and lives our 24/7 safety culture Delivers on quality, every time Demonstrates the ability to be creative Does “the right thing” in every situation Exceeds customer expectations
• Performs basic labor tasks of a Tech 1 but with minimal supervision. In addition performas other higher-level tasks such as mixing repair mortars and chemical grouts, cement finishing, forming and rebar placement with supervision.
• Demonstrates how to properly perform a known task or skill to co-workers.
• Operates hand-held air, electric and hydraulic powered and non-powered tools such as require for a Tech 1, but with minimal supervision. Operates with supervision more complex equipment (swing scaffolds, epoxy pumps, air compressors, etc.)
