Follow us on Glassdoor and LinkedIn ! Alkami is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Partner to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives. This role is essential for ensuring the executive's daily operations run smoothly, with a primary focus on sophisticated calendar management, complex travel coordination, and acting as a strategic gatekeeper. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. As a key partner, you will enable the executive/s to focus on high-level strategic initiatives by managing the intricacies of their day-to-day schedule and work. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Calendar & Schedule Management Complex Scheduling: Manage and optimize an intricate and frequently shifting calendar, resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing high-impact meetings. Interview Coordination: Facilitate and schedule interview loops with various candidates and stakeholders across different time zones. Strategic Support & Communication Communication Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external partners, ensuring timely responses and professional representation of the executive office. Meeting Preparation: Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, including room bookings, Zoom link generation, and preparation of briefing materials. Operational Logistics Travel Coordination: Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, ensuring the executive's schedule accommodates travel time and external commitments. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other EAPs and administrative partners to align on organizational priorities and cross-team scheduling. Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications Required Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years supporting senior executives. Scheduling Expertise: Mastery of calendar management tools (Google Calendar preferred) with a proven ability to handle conflicting priorities. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface with high-level stakeholders and external media. Preferred Industry Familiarity: Experience in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment. Global Coordination: Experience coordinating across global time zones, particularly between the US and India. Recommended Experience & Education A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A proven track record of effectively managing executive workflows and demonstrating a high degree of discretion and professional judgment.
