Responsibilities

  • Manage dispatch routing software to assign tickets to Service Technicians and monitor ticket stages.
  • Monitor service ticket activity to ensure timely completion.

  • Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to use geographic and mapping software tools.

This role involves communicating with managers, supervisors, sales representatives, and customers, as well as data entry across multiple systems. The ideal candidate is a team player with a friendly attitude who is consistent and thorough with ticket investigations. Estimated Salary: $20.00 to $35.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities.
