Supervisory Strategic Targeting Officer

About the role

You will serve as a Supervisory Strategic Targeting Officer in the Department of the Navy of NCIS. All Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) positions are in the excepted service. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status. Must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates: 1. Mastery of counterintelligence (CI) targeting principles, program management expertise, and executive leadership. 2. This experience includes directing CI targeting operations, developing and implementing enterprise-level operational support programs, applying advanced analytical and targeting techniques. 3. Engaging in interagency negotiation and intelligence sharing to achieve mission objectives.
