Role and responsibilities In this Motion Assembler role, you work in a focused production environment where precision, quality, and teamwork define your success. You assemble, inspect, and test motion‑related modules that play a vital part in our systems. You collaborate closely with colleagues across production, engineering, and material flow to ensure smooth output. Your main responsibilities include: Assemble and test motion modules following standardized work instructions. Inspect parts and products and report deviations to your team. Support problem‑solving by identifying recurring issues and proposing improvement ideas. Coordinate daily activities within your work center and help colleagues when challenges arise. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation at all times. Apply lean principles and contribute improvement suggestions. Communicate progress, risks, and technical observations clearly to your team leader. Education and experience You bring the following background to the Motion Assembler position: Vocational diploma ( MBO level 2 or 3 ) or equivalent in a technical field such as an electrical or mechanical technician. Experience with fine‑mechanical assembly or precision production work. Experience with soldering and the use of manual tools (such as torque wrenches or pliers). Understanding of basic electrical principles, such as resistance or insulation testing. Experience working in a clean production environment is an advantage. Ability to read technical drawings and follow structured assembly processes. Basic proficiency with systems such as Excel or SAP is beneficial. Comfortable communicating in English. Proficiency in Dutch is considered an advantage.
