Business Analyst - HR & Corporate Applications

About the role

Join a global technology and innovation consultancy where you'll play a key role in supporting enterprise application portfolios across HR and Corporate Services functions. You'll bridge business and technology, driving stable operations while delivering meaningful improvements across a diverse suite of platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and support a portfolio of HR and Corporate Services applications, ensuring reliable operations and on-time delivery of enhancements and projects
• Engage business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, assess change impact, and support end-to-end delivery activities
• Coordinate across application vendors, AMS providers, and project partners to keep delivery on track
• Manage run operations alongside project initiatives, balancing day-to-day support with strategic priorities
• Lead testing coordination, deployment planning, and post-go-live support
• Support governance, risk, audit, and cybersecurity activities - including remediation tracking and compliance management
• Facilitate application onboarding, integrations, and lifecycle management
• Monitor and proactively manage issues, risks, and dependencies while keeping stakeholders informed

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications such as SAP, Anaplan, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
• Solid business analysis skills with a track record of strong stakeholder engagement
• Experience managing vendors, AMS providers, and delivery partners
• Demonstrated ability to deliver application enhancements and technology initiatives end-to-end
• Clear communicator with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Exposure to technology risk, cybersecurity, audit, or compliance activities
• Familiarity with application integrations, identity management, and technology delivery lifecycles
