Responsibilities

• Project Actions: Lead projects. Mentors Project Coordinators.
• Product Actions: Accountable for project results.
• Project Artifacts: Accountable for project artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.).
• Project Governance: Lead project meetings and reviews.
• Project Life Cycle: Accountable for project gates and deliverables.

• Problem-Solving: Analyzes complex situations, identifies solutions, and makes informed decisions. Manages challenges and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Leverages data and metrics to evaluate options and choose the best course of action.
• Budget Management: Estimates, allocates, and manages project budgets effectively. Monitors financial performance to ensure projects are delivered within budget. Balances costs, quality, and scope to deliver maximum value to stakeholders.
