Your main responsibilities will be New Business Sales You will play a key role in accelerating APRIL International's Direct Sales growth across Asia and the Middle East. Convert inbound opportunities into new business revenue. Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing across Singapore, Hong Kong, the UAE and other regional markets. Engage, qualify and advise international clients on suitable health insurance solutions. Move opportunities efficiently through the sales funnel with speed, structure and strong follow-up discipline. Deliver consistent individual sales performance and contribute to Direct Sales revenue growth. Adapt your sales approach based on client needs, budget, residency status, medical profile and coverage expectations. Build trusted client relationships and generate referral opportunities. Business Development You will not only convert inbound demand but also help create new opportunities. Represent APRIL International at selected business networking events in Singapore. Develop new lead sources through partnerships, communities, referral channels and expat networks. Support targeted outreach via LinkedIn and sales automation tools. Contribute to market intelligence, competitor monitoring and product positioning. Strengthen APRIL International's visibility among expatriates, entrepreneurs, SMEs and internationally mobile clients. Regional Collaboration You will be part of a regional sales team working across several fast-moving markets. Coordinate with internal teams to support complex cases and ensure a smooth client experience. Share market feedback, sales insights and best practices with the wider Direct Sales team. Communicate clearly and professionally with regional stakeholders.
