About the role
Job Responsibilities Develop lesson plans, training materials, and methods of instruction. Design learner-centric training content for classroom, online, and LMS delivery. Create assessment questions, scenarios, and rubrics. Support storyboarding, interactive learning content, and training product development. Use Generative AI tools where suitable to support content development and learning design. Coordinate training development projects and ensure timely delivery. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure training content meets operational needs. Job Requirements: DACE, DDDLP, ACTA, ACLP, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in training development, instructional design, or learning development. Experience in lesson planning, e-learning content creation, and assessment design. Experience using Generative AI for training design or content development will be preferred. Experience in storyboarding, interactivity branching, or project management will be an advantage. Familiar with tools such as Articulate, Lectora, Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, HTML, or XML. LMS experience will be preferred. Ex-RSN service personnel will be an added advantage.
