Data Migration Specialist - Engineer - Oracle fusion cloud

About the role

Our Client is a market leader within their industry. They have a well-established presence of more than 30 years. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a Data Migration Specialist to join their team. Your responsibility includes: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and implementation vendors to define the high-level data transformation strategy and object approach. Lead the end-to-end extraction, validation, and reconciliation of master, open, and historical records from legacy architectures to a cloud-based system of record. Manage data cleansing, standardization, and deduplication efforts to establish strict master data quality standards. Coordinate regular mock runs, trial conversions, performance tuning, and final cutover execution (including delta loads and system sequencing). Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex data discrepancies during system integration (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases. Ensure strict data traceability, maintain comprehensive technical operational runbooks, and guarantee compliance with internal audit and financial control frameworks. Skills and experience required As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in Data Migration with a proven track record of moving legacy on-premise platforms to cloud environments. Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is required for this role. Strong hands-on proficiency with cloud-based loading frameworks, specifically FBDI, ADFdi, and REST APIs.
