Ensure compliance to standards, regulations and sets plans to achieve targets/deadlines. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Current Liquor and wine experience and knowledge. Product knowledge on liquor and wine Competencies Ability to lead, organise and manage others. Ability to pass the Supervisor numeracy test. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be assertive. Must be customer minded. Must be able to identify / prioritise urgent matters and attend to them immediately and with a sense of urgency. Must be a team player.
