We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager with experience in the home healthcare or related industry to join our team. This position will play a critical role in overseeing the payroll function across multiple states for employees and contractors, while also keeping patients first, having empathy and a focus on employee well-being. The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees. This role requires a keen attention to detail, in-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, and the ability to manage payroll systems and staff. The Payroll Manager will play a key role in maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws, while contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the company and its multiple locations. This position will be at a Resource Center level, servicing employees throughout the country. In the event the company transitions to a new payroll system, the Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment to employees and contractors. This position will work closely with HR, IT, and Finance departments to ensure a seamless transition, troubleshoot any issues, and help optimize the payroll system.
