About the role

Strategic Partnership Development - Identify, research, and prospect potential partner brands that share similar brand values and target audiences with Bosch Home Appliances. - Develop and pitch creative co-marketing concepts for joint campaigns and activities, covering both offline (e.g., joint events) and digital (e.g., social media collaborations) channels. - Manage the partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and negotiation to campaign execution and post-campaign analysis. - Serve as the main point of contact for all brand partners, ensuring a smooth and mutually beneficial relationship. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field is a point plus. - A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in event management, partnership marketing, or a similar role, preferably within a premium brand environment. - Demonstrated success in planning and executing high-quality events from concept to completion. - A strong network of contacts within the culinary, design, or lifestyle communities is a significant advantage. - Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with internal teams, external agencies, partners, and vendors. - A proactive, self-starting attitude with a creative mindset and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal). - Based in or willing to be based in Jakarta.
