Substitute Driver

Requirements

• Must have a valid NYS Commercial Driving License A, B, or C with passenger endorsement in good standing (B & C are preferred).
• Must have at least five (5) years of active driving experience.
• Must be 21 years old and able to lift a minimum of 100 pounds.
• Must be available to work out of Albany and Niskayuna locations.
• Compensation Range:
• $22.57 - $22.57

This position requires flexible scheduling for Monday through Friday, during day time hours - no weekends or major holidays! If you are someone who gets exiting and comfortable driving a large vehicle, this might be the job for you. This position provides transportation to individuals with developmental disabilities by operating safely and courteously, various types of vans and buses through heavy or light city and highway traffic, in all conditions and following all rules and regulations.
