  • Constructs action proposals based on analysis of relevant data
  • Maintains relationship with Regional Procurement where vendors are shared between Ops and CRE
  • Adheres to Equinix Generative AI guidelines in deploying artificial intelligence resources for pattern recognition, workflow enhancement, and other common tasks as a way to augment, and not substitute, the Vendor Manager's original work product.

  • Works with vendors to jointly design, develop, install and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure, manage, and visually show the impact and value of the vendor's products and services to CRE
  • Manages the standard definition and computational methodology of all Procurement KPIs/metrics
  • Manages the process and system to accurately collect, normalize and calculate all metrics by region, commodity or cost center organization

Job Summary The primary responsibility of the CRE Vendor Manager is to develop and maintain vendor management governance, policy, tools and standards to enable effective and efficient vendor management in CRE (Corporate Real Estate). The CRE Vendor Manager will be the main interface between Equinix CRE and the vendors supporting CRE and manage vendor relationships with the top 20 vendors. This role is based in Warsaw/Amsterdam or Bangalore office. There will be daily contact with AMER operations team.
