QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least an A Level At least 5 Years of teaching experience (small class tuition) Strong passion for teaching and tutoring. Able to deliver engaging lessons and manage classroom effectively Ability to support programme delivery and ensure smooth academic processes Strong organisational and multitasking ability Good communication skills with students, faculty, and management Detail-oriented, especially for compliance work Able to work independently but also support leadership Willing to learn and to work in a fast-paced environment Familiar with Singapore Syllabus (Primary, Secondary, O levels, A levels) Able to teach more subjects will be an advantage Willing to take up administrative duties will be an advantage Job Descriptions: Teach a small class of student and deliver clear and concise instruction using a variety of methods and technology. Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects. Assign and grade classwork, homework, tests and assignments. Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate records to track their progress. Identify and address individual student needs and learning challenges. Observe and evaluate student's performance and development.
