More about the role This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Quality Engineer, onsite in Tijuana , with Signify. The Quality Engineer implements and supports quality control systems to improve product reliability. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes. Monitors and reports Industrial Quality KPIs at the department level and initiates actions to maintain targets by engaging in daily shopfloor meetings and escalating issues when necessary. Ensures industrial performance aligns with Internal Quality Requirements by supporting process risk management, implementing and reviewing Quality Manufacturing Standards, conducting audits, controlling internal Cost of Non Quality, and driving AQP aspects in I2M processes. Supports the implementation of quality improvement programs and participates in cross-functional problem-solving teams using 8D methodology to ensure corrective and preventive actions. Develops quality capabilities of industrial operators by providing training in quality tools. Lead Auditor and coordinator for ISO 9001 standards.
