Doka Egypt is looking for is looking for a highly motivated Sales Support Assistant reviewing and analyzing sales contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. If you are looking to work for a reputed international company within a multicultural team and to be part of a company recognized as a Great Place to Work, then this position is an exciting opportunity for you Review and support the preparation of sales contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. Coordinate with the Legal & Compliance Department for necessary reviews, approvals, and contract risk assessments, as well as Compliance-related issues (e.g., sanctions, export control, etc.). Maintain organized records of all reviewed and executed contracts and agreements. Support the CRM team in maintaining accurate and complete data within the CRM system. Prepare and update sales, pipeline, and performance reports for management. Review and verify pricing and costing (basic cost controlling). Support the continuous improvement of CRM processes, reports, and data quality. Perform general coordination and administrative tasks to ensure smooth collaboration between CRM, Sales, and Legal. Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field . 1-3 years of experience in legal support, contract administration, or CRM/sales support. Strong understanding of commercial documents (offers, contracts, NDAs). Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel (mandatory). Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured working style. Experience with basic cost controlling or reviewing offer calculations is an advantage.
