Responsibilities

We are looking for a Digital Product Owner with a strong background in digital product development and experience in working in agile teams. This role is pivotal in delivering enhanced customer experiences, improved digital capabilities and measurable business outcomes such as increased efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and highly organized self-starter balancing customer-centricity with data-driven decision-making to drive agile product delivery. You will: Contribute to the end-to-end product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch, ongoing optimization and strategic sunsetting. Work closely with the Digital Product Managers and business units to ensure that the product backlog is prioritized based on strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, UX/UI design, IT and analytics, to build and scale online storefronts that meet evolving customer needs. Utilize analytics to monitor product performance and implement enhancements, ensuring a user-friendly experience. Integrate our suite of products, services and customer touchpoints into the digital commerce ecosystem, streamlining purchasing processes and driving revenue growth. Champion agile methodologies and customer feedback loops, ensuring swift iterations and continuous improvement of eCommerce features and functions. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall health, optimization and scalability of digital products. WHERE YOU WILL WORK: You will have the flexibility to decide how and when you work.
