You'll lead a team of User Verification (KYC) agents, ensuring we welcome our users instantly and securely, so they can start banking with us right away 🏦 Take ownership As our User Verification Team Lead, you will: Manage User Verification backlogs efficiently, ensuring we always remain proactive and our users don't have to wait. Find gaps in our processes and propose fixes that boost our operational efficiency, making processes better for both our users and your team. Support and motivate your team of User Verification Agents to reach their KPIs and grow professionally, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement 🚀 You'll thrive in our environment if this sounds like you: You have great empathy and high emotional intelligence, allowing you to understand our users' needs and frustrations. You have proven skills in leading a team of User Verification Agents. You have a good knowledge of performance management and coaching, and you love helping your team grow. You have a deep understanding of KYC, KYB, and EDD.
