Responsibilities
- Take internal narrative pitches and create engaging gameplay sequences, with a wide variety of outcomes, to reward player agency and deliver a fun experience
- Collaborate with narrative, art, animation and writing teams to create outstanding game content

Requirements
- Able to clearly communicate requirements and solutions: explain complex ideas, suggest approaches and prepare pitches
- Professional Technical Design, Narrative design, Gameplay Scripting or Game Programming experience
- Experience developing RPG games or games adjacent in scope or player-experience to Larian games
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence or similar software
- Self-organized and self-motivated. Ability to manage their own time, keep stakeholders abreast of progress, and prioritize effectively when multi-tasking
- Enjoy collaborating with others, across a wide range of disciplines and backgrounds
- Exposure to both the creative/design/narrative aspects of game-making as well as demonstrable experience resolving/delivering technical / programming work-product
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written*
- Experience with Lua or other scripting languages
- Experience with designing systems, features or tools
- Experience modding games
- Interests/ Hobbies in DnD, tabletop games, role-playing, PC Games, etc.
- Cool portfolio showcasing previous projects worked on
