Responsibilities

The Lead Development Representative (LDR) is a performance based role for someone looking to get their start in sales. The LDR's job is to develop Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the inbound sales teams. An LDR's success is based on both the quantity and quality of leads sent to sales. This position will be hybrid: MTW 8am-5pm in office, Th/F flexible WFH after training Reports to: Director of Sales Development and Operations
