What you will accomplish with us As a Team Leader - Group Insurance Configuration , you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and prioritize group insurance plan configuration activities. Assess the complexity of requests to ensure an equitable and efficient distribution of workload. Ensure adherence to deadlines, service levels (SLAs), and established quality standards. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze variances, and implement corrective actions. Ensure that procedures, tools, and reference documents are up to date, documented, and accessible. Identify operational issues, escalate risks when necessary, and propose corrective action plans. Oversee the achievement of the team's annual objectives. Guide, support, and engage a team of configuration analysts to maximize their performance and engagement. Provide coaching, continuous feedback, and support in resolving complex situations. Foster a collaborative, rigorous, and solution- and quality-oriented team culture. Act as a liaison between the team, management, and internal partners. Prepare and lead team meetings, information sessions, and training activities. Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and other business partners. Contribute to the continuous improvement of configuration processes, tools, and practices. Support change management and optimization and standardization initiatives. Ensure compliance with contractual provisions, internal standards, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to identifying and mitigating operational risks related to plan configuration. What could accelerate your success in this role We are looking for someone who: Holds a college diploma (DEC) or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent training. Has 5 to 7 years of experience in group insurance, including experience in plan configuration or administration. Is recognized for their engaging leadership and ability to guide and develop a team. Stands out for their strong expertise in group insurance products and configuration processes. Demonstrates great rigor, attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement. Has an intermediate level of proficiency in English, as the person in this role will need to communicate daily with English-speaking internal partners, suppliers, and clients, particularly to clarify plan configurations, resolve complex situations, and ensure file compliance.
