Your potential is our inspiration. Where You'll Make a Difference Coordinate and support project requests from Commercial and Scent Design teams. Manage sample requests, including oil, capsule, and application samples for projects. Create and process sample orders in the PUMA system. Coordinate with Labs, Customer Service, and logistics teams to ensure timely sample preparation. Arrange shipments to affiliates or customers and provide dispatch updates to recipients. Maintain and update data accurately in PUMA and SAP systems, including project linkage and base registration. Create and manage international shipment orders in SAP and ensure timely closure (PGI) of sample orders. Generate technical documents (e.g., MSDS, PDS, IFRA) and provide backup support for other FDS team members when needed. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline Good proficiency in English (written and spoken) Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office) Basic presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) Strong sense of responsibility and ownership Good teamwork and collaboration skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure How Would You Stand Out?
