Sanitation Lead

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years Sanitation or Quality related experience in a food production environment. 2 years in a Lead role.
• HACCP certified Preferred. Knowledge of food safety systems
• Previous experience with automated CIP system a plus.
• Demonstrate understanding of root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal, communications, coaching.
• Ability to read piping and instrumentation diagrams (or show potential to learn it).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Detail oriented and ability to work independently.
• Demonstrate organizational skills.

Salary Base Range of $26.00-$28.50 per hour for Employees Located in Illinois. The "base salary range" provided above is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this position.
