About the role
We're looking for a Partner Success Manager to support and grow our partner channel, which represents a significant portion of our overall business. This is a relationship-focused role where you will manage a portfolio of strategic partners, ensure successful adoption of our solutions, drive retention and growth. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with partners
- Drive partner success through adoption, engagement, and retention strategies
- Coordinate and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing partner enablement
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling (in partnership with BDMs)
- Act as a central point of coordination between partners and internal teams
- Prepare presentations, reports, and partner engagement materials
- Manage day-to-day partner requests, including onboarding and administrative processes
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless partner experience
- Occasional travel
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or partner management (approx. 2-4 years)
- Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable balancing client-facing activity with administrative responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or risk-related industries is highly regarded
- Exposure to partner or channel ecosystems is advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) preferred
