We are excited to welcome you to the St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as a Social Worker within our Continuum of Care Department . This position is based across our Fitzroy, East Melbourne, Kew, and Werribee campuses . This is a Grade 3 Social Worker role comprising 3 days per week and designed to provide support to our post discharge care team.
