Assist with the installation and configuration of new technology equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems effectively and efficiently. Collaborate with other technology teams to provide seamless support across departments. Document and update technical procedures and troubleshooting guides. Monitor system performance and escalate issues as required. Provide training and guidance to end-users on technology systems and tools. The Successful Applicant A successful EUS Engineer should have: Relevant qualifications in technology or a related field. Experience in end-user support within the financial services industry. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in maintaining hardware, software, and network systems. Excellent communication skills to assist and train end-users effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
