Responsibilities
- Lead site EHSS resources in the region and oversee their continuing professional development in EHSS
- Exert strong leadership and influence to drive EHSS performance in the region.

- Monitor changes to the regulation and industry EHSS standards and provide necessary support to site resources.
- Support sites to implement programs to identify, manage and control hazards and determine appropriate communications process to control EHSS risks.
- Facilitate effective Root Cause Analysis and support in the region.
- Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, Health, and Security strongly desired along with a minor in Chemical Engineering.
- CSP (certified safety professional) preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Environmental, Health, Safety and Security fields.
- Regional knowledge of EHS&S regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 or RC14001 Management System standards.
- Manufacturing Engineering, Process Safety Management, and Operations experience strongly desired.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and implement given instructions.
- Unquestioned ethics and integrity including the ability to work on confidential matters.
- Ability to collaborate effectively.
- Must be willing to travel 25-40% regionally.
