Responsibilities
- Prepare drawing submissions to all authority departments;
- Coordinate on matters relating to code compliance;
- Inspect all drawings for code compliance, drafting standards and plan presentations before submission to authorities and provide advice to colleagues on non-compliance;
- Attend site/TOP inspections to ensure work site is compliant with and built according to approved plans;

Requirements
- A recognized Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience;
- Proficiency in BIM & CAD operation;
- Knowledge in Revit;
- Knowledge in preparation of drawings for construction and submission to local authorities.
