Responsibilities

  • Guide the product philosophy, vision and roadmap for Nitro Value , covering utility, identity, expression features that drive meaningful value to subscribers and increase subscription growth

  • What you should have
  • 5+ years experience as a Product Manager shipping great software, driving prioritization, setting timelines, with a track record of building durable monetization infrastructure
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, excited about finding solutions to complex problems, and then executing on them
  • Curiosity and empathy for Discord users, with a deep understanding of gaming culture and online communities
  • Strong analytical ability to quickly organize and leverage data to make informed product decisions with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience making trade-offs related to achieving metric goals while ensuring we're always delivering for customers
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers on user-facing products at high scale

We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to lead our Nitro Value squad. You will be responsible for defining the vision for our premium feature set, launching new high-value experiences while continuously optimizing our existing catalog. You'll drive execution on the roadmap you create, while partnering with Engagement and other Revenue teams to unlock new monetization opportunities for Nitro.
