About the role

Responsibilities: - Manage materials and inventory through simple updates and regular checks - Organize and track trade marketing deliveries and materials - Communicate with suppliers and the Procurement department via email and RFPs - Organize and maintain documents including invoices and records - Compile operational data into spreadsheets (costs, orders, inventory) - Provide email updates and reports as needed **What You'll Learn:** - How Trade Marketing operates from materials sourcing through delivery - How to organize and track operational projects systematically - Professional business communication and documentation practices cunoștințe de bază de Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook - nu trebuie nivel avansat) organizare și atenție la detalii comunicare clară în scris (email) dorință de învățare și interes pentru marketing / business.
