About the role
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the OFFICE OF TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT of NSMA. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying acquisition program management principles and processes to contract requirements analysis, acquisition strategies, acquisition program planning and program risk analysis; 2) Exploring emerging data management and infrastructure technologies and conducting tests to evaluate and incorporate advances into existing processes; 3) Presenting findings using complex fact finding and analytical problem-solving methods and techniques; 4) Planning, organizing, acquiring and directing contractor support services to achieve program mission objectives; 5) Leading work teams and working with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes; 6) Assisting with the management of allocated program budgets to include the Planning, Programming, Budgeting Execution (PPBE) process.
